I am obsessed with these gummies! They really help in the fiber department and taste really really good almost like candy. I have also noticed my skin looks brighter and better and my nails are growing stronger and longer it must be the added collagen working its magic. I have tried many other fiber gummies and brands and this is by far the best on every level!

Love these. Have had the berry and the variety pack. They all taste great. Dissolves easily, effective, no sugar, great if you're on a GLP-1 and need something to keep your stomach from being upset. I do one a day and I feel like they're great to keep you regular, hydrate you, and to give you a little fiber to sip on throughout your day. Great value.  

This delicious fiber supplement is a miracle! I’ve consistently used it for over a month now and it continues to help with digestion, regularity, and I experience little to no bloating. Watermelon is my favorite flavor so far!
